Bill Dixon David Feldman Show
Restoring Truthiness writer Bill Dixon recently signed on to write for comedian David Feldman’s radio show. Feldman is an Emmy award winning comedy writer and performer who has written for ABC’s Roseanne, HBO’s Dennis Miller Live and Real Time with Bill Maher, Comedy Central’s The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Martin Short, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, Steve Martin, The Academy Awards as well as countless roasts on Comedy Central.

Feldman produces a much beloved radio show/podcast aptly titled the David Feldman Show for which Mr. Dixon will now be a contributing comedy writer. Past guests have included Martin Short, Andrea Martin, Robert Smigel, Dana Gould and Teri Garr but we’re not name-dropping.

As Dixon explains, the introduction to Feldman was rather simple considering Dixon’s crazy comedic skills: “I sent comedian David Feldman my Rick Santorum margay piece and he loved it! So much in fact that he offered me a job writing for his radio show!”

Seriously, that was it. We’re not paraphrasing. That’s what he did. He’s just that good, people.

Bill Dixon is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but he now resides in San Diego, California. He is a political comedy writer for RestoringTruthiness.org, a humor columnist for PointsInCase.com, and Editor and Founder of Dangatorium.com. The guy has mad skills, did we not tell you?

Restoring Truthiness is a sanity-based, political comedy website established in 2010 just prior to the Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert’s Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear held on the National Mall on October 30, 2010. With a satirical attitude, the site highlights the nonsense of the political establishment in Washington, DC and the United States.

Additionally, Restoring Truthiness aims to showcase the talent of political comedians, cartoonists, writers, etc. to help launch the careers of folks that might not otherwise have a platform to hone their craft. Bill Dixon’s hiring by David Feldman is just one example of what this site would like to continue to be a part of. And, yes, we just ended that last sentence with a preposition. Suck it!
